Terms of Sale

Standard terms of sale are in affect unless otherwise noted.  Items not listed as Out of Stock are typically in stock and available for immediate shipping.  Purchases of any items marked as Out of Stock may ship separately from the rest of your order.


Same Day Shipping

FedEx, USPS: Orders placed by 4:00 PM (central time) on standard business days will typically ship the same day.
LTL Freight: Order placed by 2:00 PM (central time) on standard business days will typically ship the same day.

Although we do our best, there is no guarantee that your order will ship on the same day.  Unless otherwise arranged, payment is required prior to shipment.


Prioritized Processing

Standard orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  If you have selected Prioritized Processing, your order will move to the top of the list and has an increased chance of shipping on the same day.  Our daily pick up time is around 4:30 PM central time for small packages and 3:00 PM for LTL Freight.  Orders placed after the corresponding pickup time will ship on the next business day.


Product Condition

Unless otherwise specified, all products are new.  Rolls of radiant barrier are clean and undented when they leave our warehouse.  However, due to their weight and size they may receive some dents or markings during shipping and transportation.  This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the performance of the material.


Return Policy

Returns are not beneficial to you or us, so please order only the amount you need.  Returns of partial rolls or used products are not accepted.  Returns of unused and unopened items are only accepted with prior authorization.  All returned items are subject to 25% restocking and repackaging fee.  Return shipping and cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.  No refunds of shipping and handling expenses are given.  Refunds will be issued in the form of credit card adjustment or by check at our discretion.  Returned items must be received within 30 days from the purchase date.


Order Cancellation

 

Orders canceled prior to being shipped, but after they have been charged may be subject to 7.5% credit card processing fees.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted.  Please use the return process as listed above and place a separate order as necessary.


International Orders

International shipments may be subject to additional brokerage fees, import duties or taxes as assessed by local customs.  A contact phone number is required with all international orders.


Use of Spray Foam

I understand that all Handi-Foam and related products are intended for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY.

When applying foam always consult the product MSDS, wear proper personal protective equipment as recommended by the manufacturer, ensure good ventilation during application, and make sure the building being sprayed is vacated during application and for a period of time following installation. Handi-Foam products contain diisocyanate. This chemical may cause sensitization by inhalation and/or direct skin contact and can be an irritant to the eyes, nose and throat. Sensitization may become apparent through coughing, pulmonary secretions, chest pain, breathing difficulty and/or asthma. For these reasons, when using two component polyurethane spray foams we recommend following or participating in a respiratory program.

All Handi-Foam two-component polyurethane spray foams should always be used in conjunction with a certified respirator program in addition to safety glasses or goggles, nitrile gloves, and clothing that protects from skin exposure. Required respirators must be NIOSH approved and medical evaluation and training must be attained before use. I have read the Handi-brand Product Stewardship guidelines and understand the hazards and proper safety, handling, and personal protective equipment requirements associated with the use of the product.
